Finished Background For the Flashlight shot

When the Game starts, this is the background we used for Jolie's flashlight to look around. We wanted the factory setting to look old and worn down.

Theses were our original schedules. The one above was long periods of time in general for certain parts of the animation process. And below is a schedule of individual animated shots and the time worked on them

Shot 31 Lipsync

Lipsync before the screen effect was added on to her.

Shot 45 Done

Even though he tried to kill her she meets him with a hug!! How, cute!

Shot 42 Finished!

So I lined and colored this shot as well, and threw in that very nice background. Fixing the lines too forever!

Shot 37 Finished

Alexis had animated this shot very roughly, so I cleaned up the lines and added the color!

Shot 1 Finished

This pan down from the giant skylight window is used in the beginning of this film to  establish her bedroom environment.

Line Work For Shot 7

I was one of the line artists/color-ers for the film as well.

Title Screen

Because this film involves a game/something beyond the screen. I used this screen effect for the title sequence and for the credits. I also used pixelated text because of the in-game aspect.

Full RoomLighting

Most of the animation of Jolie's room would be looking towards the computer, so with the skylight I had to figure out how the lighting would go.

AYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY IM FINALLY ON THE BLOG

I was trying to get a proper feel of the lighting and what Jolie's room would look like on its other side. So I played with different textures and shading styles.

Shot 32. Razor just can't catch a break.
And here's the second part of Shot 3.
Shot 3. I've been dreading er anticipating doing this shot! I got the wheels to spin very nicely. They move up and down a bit on purpose since the conveyor belt would be old and rickety.

The nodes apply to the flashlight as well.
Getting the hang of nodes! We can do some cool lighting effects right in ToonBoom.
